At TPP, Doug leads diligence, underwriting, and execution, as well as transaction structuring, valuation, and strategic initiatives across the firm’s portfolio. He oversees post-investment performance, operational improvements, and value creation efforts within portfolio companies.

Prior to TPP, Doug spent 16 years in private equity, M&A, and financial operations with Macquarie Capital, Ridgemont Equity Partners, and Värde Partners. He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
