Kurt serves as Operating Partner at Tinsley Park, where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and drives value creation across portfolio companies. His responsibilities include post-investment execution, operational improvement, financial oversight, and supporting the integration and scaling of acquired businesses.

Before joining Tinsley Park, Kurt spent 10 years at Kayne Anderson as a Managing Director, where he sourced, executed, and managed investments across multiple energy sub-industries. Earlier in his career, he worked in energy investment banking with BMO Capital Markets and UBS. Kurt holds a BA in Economics & Business from Lafayette College and an MBA from Dartmouth.
